At Primeera, we take care in preparing, packing, and delivering every order. Since our products are homemade food items, we follow a slightly different return and refund policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered in good condition.

However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Damaged or Leaking Products

If your pickle jar arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

  • An unboxing video, if available

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verifying the issue, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund for the affected item.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you receive a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe to consume, do not consume it. Please contact us immediately with photographs and your order details so that we can investigate the issue and assist you.
